Simply Sifted is owned and ran by Caitlin Mordente. Her love for cooking and baking since she was a young girl took her to Seattle and San Diego where she studied Baking and Pastry Arts at the Art Institute. She graduated top of her class with honors and awards. She has worked in and around San Diego in several kitchens and has now taken her love for pastry and art in her own hands to shape Simply Sifted into what it is today.
